This course can be very challenging because of the narrow fairways and small greens. This hilly course was carved out of the natural terrain. There are man-made lakes that come into play on some holes. This club plays host to one of the oldest and most popular men's invitational in the state. It has also hosted city and state championships over the years.

ive been a mamber for 10 years.woodward golf course is the best value in a private course anywhere in the birmingham area.this old course is mantained very well, a short but very tight course with generaly small greens.many grand old pines tress and a number of newly planted pines and hardwoods,lakes and fairway bunkers demand acuracy off the tee!the bermuda greens are well trapped and in very good condition.a fun but demanding course rewards acuracy more that distance.you must think your way around this course.do not turn down a chance to play this fine old course!!

I've played alot of top dollar golf courses around the country and I always come to the conclusion that Woodward will always be my favorite course. I love it. The people are great!

Tradition Golf Club - Tradition Course
"Great Course"
This is a terrific course - challenging but fair. The setting and views are spectacular. Tucked in the La Quinta cove, wind is not a factor like in other desert courses. Condition is excellent.

Palm Royale Country Club
"Little Jewel"
My rating is based against other courses of this size and type. The course was immaculate and the greens quick and true. The entire grounds were gorgeous, well watered with no brown spots at all. A real pleasure to play.

Witch Golf Links, The
"Challenging and well maintained"
The Witch Golf Course near Myrtle Beach is a challenging and scenic course. Unlike other courses nearby that were built in clear cut areas, the Witch is in part forest and part swamp. One hole in particular is memorable, you drive onto an island fairway, then you use a medium iron to an island green, with swamp in all directions. Wild game is seen throughout the course area. If I lived in the Myrtle Beach area, I would obtain a membership at the Witch.

Course at Westland, The
"Nice course"
The course at Westland is a nice course but some of the holes are right on the interstate and that can be a nusense. Otherwise the course is well kept and can be a great place to play if the conditions are right. Now i have only played there about 6 times and i have gone on the best days and the worst days, the course held up on the rainy days and was indcredible on the beutiful of days. I highly recomend to go to the cours at Westland if your ever in jacksonville. diddn't think i was 13 when ya read it did ya??
