This club has an eighteen hole regulation course and a nine hole par 3 course. The eighteen hole Pine Ridge Course was cut out of a forest. This course's most difficult hole is #10, a 380-yard, par 3, requiring a downhill tee shot to a small green. The club has recently opened a somewhat challenging par 3 course adjacent to the championship course. The greens are large and undulating, and the fairways can be tricky. You are only allowed to walk the Little Pine Course.

Holly Tree Country Club
"beautiful and testing"
Holly Tree offers a beatiful layout along rolling hills in Simpsonville. The holes are all unique with something special about each one that makes fun to play over and over. My favorite whole is number 17 because it is short dog leg left where ur first shot needs to be long and straight, and then its downhill from there with a short low approach onto a well protected green.

Texas National Golf Club
"Texas National is a great value."
This is a great course kept in extremely good shape. It is a little far out from Houston but if you live anywhere on the north side, it's well worth the drive. It's inexpensive and not crowded, especially on weekdays. The greens are in very good shape and the course is challenging without being a killer.
