IF YOU HAVE A NEGATIVE RATING THAT IS HOW I WOULD RATE THE OWNER, HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AT ALL DOES NOT BELIEVE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONE THAT DRIVES HIS BUSINESS, AND FEELS IT IS HIS WAY OR THE HIGHWAY. THATS FINE AND HE CAN HAVE THAT OPINION, IT IS HIS COURSE, HOWEVER DURING THESE ECONOMIC TIMES, HE TREATS THE CUSTOMERS LIKE WE ARE DOING HIM A FAVOR BY COMING IN THE PLAY, HAD A BAD SITUATION WITH HIM REGARDING HOW HE DEFINES MEMBERSHIP-COUPLE HE DEFINES COUPLE AS MAN AND WIFE, AND THREW IN OK TO BE OF ANOTHER DEFINATION OF COUPLE BUT NOT A FATHER AND SON OR FATHER AND DAUGHTER. COUPLE IS 2 PEOPLE, HIS LOSS, LOST OUT ON 500.00 REVENUE. DONT UNDERSTAND HOW HE HAS STAYED IN BUSINESS WITH HIS NON PEOPLE ATTITUDE, SORT OF LIKE MENTALITY BACK IN THE 60'S AND 70'S. IN TODAYS MARKET IF YOU IN BUSINESSS YOUHAVE TO CATER TO THE PUBLIC. IN ANOTHER NOTE DONT BELIEVE THEIR ADS THAT THEY WILL MEET OR BEAT OTHER SUPPLIERS PRICES, I CALLED THEM ON IT 2 YEARS AGO, AND THEY REFUSED TO MEET ANOTHER BUSINESS PRICE(TGW) FOR THE SAME MERCHANDISE, SO LET THE BUYER BE WARE.

Not a great course, but a fun time and good value, Jun 02, 2004
reviewer: matt from CT
Dimmock Hill GC is not a high class golf course, but it is cheap to go out and play. The tee boxes for the next holes are hard to find and in some holes the yardage was wrong. Hole #9 is fun because there is a big pond in front of the green which is only 105 yards away. Overall I had a fun time on a less than avereage course not to mention descent used clubs for only $3!
