This is my favorite course in either Minnesota or Wisconsin. The original 9 holes were fantastic, and the "new" 9 have only added to the enjoyment of the course. Hole #8 is a great short par 4 and 18 is a fun finishing hole. The course is not very long, but can be a challenge when there is wind from the lake. Tagalong has more of a "upscale" feel now, but will always retain its unique charm.

The greens are slopey but fun, the pot bunkers make some shots risk/reward, and the course is in wonderful shape. The clubhouse is beautiful. It is by far the best value in golf in NW Wisconsin.

Great greens and thats just the start. From tee to green this course was in super shape. You must remember this is the dead of winter and the course was 5 star. This is one of the funnest courses that I have ever played. The open layout and scenic views made it a spectacular experience. The work crew and the people there are the greatest. With a work crew of only 5, the course is in fabulous shape and is comparable to some of the best. The fairways are in imaculate condition.
