This course was built on rolling hills and has water hazards that come into play on twelve holes. The greens are elevated and sloped. The fairways are fairly narrow with about half being tree lined. Sand bunkers are in play on every other hole throughout the design.

So Much Fun - Several Days to Remember!, May 24, 2005

I have been very fortunate to be invited to play this Donald Ross course several times over the past couple of years. Even though the course is fairly short, 6054 yards, it was very challenging. Most of the par 3s play close to 200 yards. The greens, especially in August and later, are slicker than glass. The entire golf course is surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The one thing that really stands out is that by the end of the round I realized I had used every club in my bag.

VERY NICE COURSE FOR THE $$.THE GREENS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.SOME FAIRWAYS ARE TIGHT AND TREE LINED.THE COURSE IS MORE DIFFICULT THAN THE RATING OF 113(MORE LIKE A 125 TO 127 FROM THE BACK TEES).IT CAN USE A FEW MORE SAND TRAPS,BUT THERE ARE ENOUGH TREES AND WATER TO KEEP YOU HONEST.

A great north-west Ind. course. Just off of Rt. 41.Reasonably priced-senior discounts-early bird specials-as well as yearly membership rates.-Has a great practice range and putting area. Oak Hills Country Club
"Oak Hills - fun place to golf"
The first hole is great, requiring a 90 degree second shot or a long high over the forest first shot. The second hole has a challenge too - up hill and over a gully. The whole course is interesting and a relatively easy play for golfers good and bad. I'm going back!
