This beautiful, well-maintained course is lined with numerous mature oak trees. The fairways are narrow and very challenging. This course in general demands shot accuracy. Joe Finger redesigned this course in 1968.

Nice small town course, Jun 06, 2005

Decent small town country club course, as long as the greens are good. They've had problems in the past losing them early and often. Look good this year. Fairways can be a bit hard in dead of summer. Two nice holes on back nine include a long dogleg par 5 #15 (around water) and the following par 3 #16 back over the same lake. Sadly, the out of town fee is $50.00, which for me is more than I am willing to pay.

"Nice Course tough lies"
When you play this course be prepared to have a hilly lie on most fairway shots, especially on the back nine. The undulation is remarkable and this course gives an average player a run for his/her money. Mid summer the greens can be unforgiving, but still playable with corect club selection. Altogether a course well manicured and the added bonus of having a complete opposite feeling when playing the front nine and the second nine.
