This course was built on flat terrain. The back nine can be extremely difficult because six holes play straight into the prevailing wind, and feature water hazards on the left sides of the fairways or out-of-bounds stakes on the right side of the fairways. Most every hole has either water hazards or sand bunkers coming into play. The signature hole is #12, a 437-yard, par 4, which plays into a prevailing wind and has water down both sides of landing area. Water also bisects the fairway 240 yards for the tee box, and the second shot must avoid trees, water and bunkers around the green.

This course is very tight with lots of houses/condos coming into play. It is fairly well kept, but there are better courses for the money close by.

"Great Private Course - Gem in CNY"
If you have a reciprocal with this course, you should take advantage. It's well maintained, with narrow fairways, and challenging greens. You need to have your iron game, because your second shot into most greens is critical. A bail out will cost you a stroke, as almost all holes have sand bunkers guarding the greens. Good fun for the ave golfer and player alike. A real Must Play.

"What a golf course should be."
I have played this private course 5-6 times since 1992 and have enjoyed it every time. Recently I played as a guest in a small tournament and the course was in excellent condition. There are 8 other courses in this retirement community, several owned and managed by large course management groups, but they are not in the same class as this one as far as quality is concerned. There are few if any divots on the greens, all players seem to be very conscious of divot repair on the entire course, including the rough, facilities are clean and fresh, clubhouse is pleasant and modern and the staff is great. I have just joined and am thrilled to death with a life-time membership to look forward to!

"Love the Greens"
This course is back on the map. I use to play it a long time ago but was never in good condition. You should see it now. The new owners have begun work on the irrigation system, cart paths all the way around and over seeded the entire course. It is definiteley a must play for the value.

Logan Golf & Country Club
"Incredible views and greens"
Located at the mouth of logan canyon this is one of the most picturesque courses in Utah. The greens are hand mowed providing good pace and a very ture roll. I would include playing this course on any trip to northern Utah.
