This eighteen hole, par 3 course has wide-open fairways. Water hazards come into play on several holes, and many sand bunkers have been incorporated into the course design.

| I have played the Bowdon golf course at least 30 times, and as a "hacker" myself, I feel this course is a must. With a friendly staff and much needed groundskeeping improvements, this is a must play for those who are looking for some cheap golf. |

Renovations aplenty..., Oct 12, 2004 |

| Yes its a par 3, and yes it has been bashed in the past...That said, renovations have been made and the greens are no longer an extended part of the fairway, they are actually greens. Hole #8 is a beautiful par 3 over a lake, excellent hole. Fairways now have stripes, friendly staff, can play a full 18 with cart for less than 15 bucks!!! Have not seen bunkers implemented into design however... Overall, I recommend this course to the average hacker or beginner... |
