A good course for the money. They do give military and senior discounts. It's a relatively short, level course, but is challenging. They have great golf course hot-dogs($3 vice $6 at other places) and their Friday happy hour features $1.25 domestics and $.33 wings. It's a course I can take my wife to that we both can play and enjoy ourselves.

This senior likes Rolling Hills, thank you very much!, Jul 24, 2005

I will be going back to Roll Hills because THEY DO give discounts to seniors. I find it refreshing. I like the pros and/or staff as they are responsive. It would be nice if they had a marshall with all the wild young people out goofing around---drinking. I like the people I've met, nice location for me. I'm going back.

The course is centrally located in fairly populated area; however, other courses that are more attractive just further away charge much less for green fees during the entire week and also have a nine-hole rate. The course condition and price makes it worth driving. Rolling Hills does not. A lot of seniors play there because of the discount. Members play there because of the discount. I quit playing there and went to Gold Mountain because I can play a round of golf, with a cart, on a weekend for 35.00. And the course is much better.
