This well-designed course features water hazards, trees, plus grass and sand bunkers incorporated throughout its entire design. The signature hole is #6, a 171-yard, par 3, featuring an elevated tee box that sits 120 feet above the green and requires a tee shot directly into the wind. Non-members must have their home club pro make tee times for them in advance.

Looking Forward To My Return, Oct 21, 2004 |

| Having been a member of Nashville Golf & A.C.in the 80's and visiting in the 90's I'm excited about my visit this Nov.This course is one of the best in the business as far as golfaholics are concerned. No riff raff as far as tennis buffs or swimmers to be dealing with unless your partner is trying to fish a ball out of #'s 1 10 16 or 18, the creek on #'s 3 7 catch off target shots as well.I've played golf in 27 states the past 33years and I love the game .Well bunkered greens, strategic layout and fast bent grass putting surfaces.I hope Wayne is still the greenskeeper he loves and takes pride in his work. The membership has changed but I'm sure some of the guys from the "dog fights"(members game)are still getting around the elevation challenged Burmuda(overseeded Rye fairways in winter)club.See "you all" soon. | This layout is classic and tough. High handicappers may find it a tough go. This is for serious golfers, and those who intend to become serious. |
