This exclusive club is set on the gentle slopes of Cape Cod. Precise tee shots and accurate approach shots are essential off the tee. Water hazards come into play on five holes. Unfortunate experience, Dec 14, 2004

I found the course design challenging and in tune with the local geography. However, as a Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS) I found the course maintenance procedures to be lacking, particularly in the greens composition and speed, the condition of tees, bunker maintenance, and potential for accurate and true fairway lie (FAL). Sadly, this course could benefit from some modern maintenance techniques which would complete the initial visual experience. Unfortunately, the basics just aren't attended to on this tract.

Arguably the finest championship course on the cape, if not in the Commonwealth, CCN offers redan and punchbowl greens of the finest bent grasses around. No houses or condos...or anything not golf. A quiet unnassuming club nestled amongst Harwich and Brewster's rolling woodlands, National is truly a treat to play.

Antelope Hills Golf Course
"Diamond in the rough"
In July, 2003 I had the chance to try out this little 9 hole course and I was very satisfied with my experience. The fairways were in tremendous condition and the greens offered a perfect putting surface. We could hear the coyotes howling as we started our round in the morning. The peacefulness alone (my wife and I were the only people on the course) was worth the price of green fees. The green fees, by the way, are very reasonable. The scenery from the first tee is spectacular, especially if you glance to the west. If you're looking for a tough challenge, this isn't the course for you. The course is not too challenging but is a perfect stop if you're a beginner or coming out of Yellowstone and want to just relax on the course. It's very wide open so you shouldn't lose any balls. My wife is a beginner golfer and had a very enjoyable round. Everything is well-maintained and we found the staff to be courteous and friendly. I plan on returning to play this course again and I highly recommend you give it a try. Definitely a course to walk (not ride) to get the full enjoyment.

Meadows Golf Club
"Challenging for public"
This is one of the best, and most challenging, public courses in the Denver metro area. The only downfall for the Meadows is the pace of play during the weekends. Overall, the Meadows is a must play.
