This course is equally recognized for its spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and its quality golf. The course is a links-style design with lush, rolling fairways. It offers a diversion from the hectic rigors of daily life with its relaxing, peaceful setting. The greens are large and rolling. There are many elevation changes on this course, highlighted by the signature hole, #6, a 443-yard, par 4, which has an elevated tee and narrow fairway. There is out-of-bounds areas on the left side of the hole, which you need to be wary of. This hole undoubtedly offers the course's most spectacular view of the surrounding area. Nine more holes are planned for sometime in 2001. They will be built in a darkly-wooded area.

| I used to golf this course 4-5 times per year but the last time I was out they would not validate their spring rates claiming the ad was a coupon (it was not there were three other coupons on the same page that had perforated edges the ad did not). I called after I played just to explain the coupon. Ten minutes later an owner called back (I did not request a call back) and proceeded to use profanity and threaten me. He stated people like me were why he didnt offer specials. I did not provoke or raise my tone when I called I simply verified their answer and got off the phone. The course was like an artillery range with constant nearby gunfire from a shooting range)throughout the round. I will never return. |
