This scenic course has an abundance of wildlife living on and around the grounds. There is a lake that comes into play on a few holes. The most demanding hole is #3, a 322-yard, par 4. This course's fairways are narrow, and its small greens are fast. There are additional sets of tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round. The 3,067-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 38.3 and a slope of 133.

Bristow Golf & Country Club was renovated in 2006-2007. A new irrigation system, along with new greens and white sand bunkers were added. This course is a far cry from what it was prior to the renovation. It is a great course that is improving year to year. The fairways are good, tees are good, and greens are very good. It is a course that can jump up and bite you. Short as it may be it is challenging enough for the most skilled golfer.

Course in poor condition. Fairways had no grass. Perfect tee shot was a bad, hard pan lie. I have never, ever seen greens so hairy. I don't know if they are always this way but I would focus on a spot ten - 15 feet beyond the hole & still come up short. Not a good experience but $7 for nine, isn't bad.

This course is poorly maintained. High grass, dirty club house, no one is there to wait on you. A plus is you can play for free if everyone that works there is passed out next door.

I lived at this golf course for 20 years. My father was the golf pro. I love this course. It is a very hard course to play. The green are small and the fairways are narrow. We have 3 lakes on the course and sandtraps around every green but one. We are able to play year round. It is a work-out if you walk. Ladies par is 74. Come out and try the course out.

Leave your Driver at home and concentrate on target golf greens. You will probably not shot your handicap.
