This historical course was once the private course for George Ade, the playwright. An additional nine holes were completed in 1980. The course is very tight, and many of the greens have subtle breaks. The Iroquois River runs alongside the course, so be prepared for some really spectacular vistas.

| I played this course in 2009 for the first time in over 30 years. It has declined some from the days of being only 9 holes and a membership that was the envy of NW Indiana. Be that as it may, I found the "bones" of the course to be there although slightly in need of some mowing and manicuring. It was enjoyable and still fun to play. The back nine was fun and totally different than the front nine. For the price and pace of play (I think it was myself and one other foresome)I think it was a perfect way to spend my fall day in rural Indiana. Go and check it out. |
