| This beautiful course plays a little tougher than the rating shows. While not too long, you'll get lots of opportunities to practice uphill, downhill and sidehill lies, and the uphill-downhill walk is a good workout. The approach to the uphill 5th green is a challenge; the reward is the view from the par four 6th tee. You feel like you can hit a drive that goes forever, and way, way below you is the green. Lots of work has been done to improve drainage, but it can still get pretty sloppy during the winter. Friendly staff, nice driving range, putting green and bar/restaurant. Bargain green fees for senior citizens (60+) after 11 am Monday thru Wednesday. |
