This facility has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The most difficult course is the South Course because of its length and natural hazards. The easiest course is the North Course because it is straight forward with very little water coming into play. The West Course has numerous sand bunkers and water hazards that come into play on several holes. The West and North courses have fairways that are frequently watered. All three courses have large greens that slightly sloped and medium speed. The signature hole on the West Course is #8, a 175-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to an island green.

The West Course is the one to play! Very scenic! I can't remember which hole it is, but it has a serpentine fairway protected by a steep hillside on one side and a heavily overgrown ravine on the other. Just remember to take a camera with you.

Blue Lakes Country Club
"Unreal"
Blue Lakes C.C. is one of the best courses I have played, and I have been all over the country. Deep in the Snake River Canyon, there is not one shot that isnt breath taking. Rob Ellis, has done a great job with his staff, and golf course. If anyone gets the opportunity to play this magnificant course, do not pass it up. I would pay 2ce or 3 times as much to play this course again.

"Best of Ohio"
Sand Ridge is one of the best golf courses in the country. Even though greens are not all that fast they are always in perfect condition at all times of the year and the fairways are some of the best i have ever played from. Nice place. Course O.K. My dad played here allot in the 70's, says he couldn't believe they built homes in it! (he used to live in Sunnydale, next to it.)Only thing I could "complain" about is the skimpy parking lot! Clubhouse was real nice, and the gentleman I spoke to there, (I believe his name was Bob) was very Knowledgable.
