The artificial greens at Deer Meadows golf course have been removed, it was replaced with Penncross Creeping Bentgrass. It was a much needed improvement and the greens were great at the end of the season of 2003.

"I love Riverside"

Dayton Valley Country Club
"A Real Golf Course, Open All Year."
DVGC is a real test of golf. All the holes are fair and require you to hit shots. 7-9 and 16-18 are some of the toughest closing holes around this area. There are plenty of birdie opportunities if you are on your game, there are also plenty of water hazards if you are off your game. It has been known to blow a little in the afternoon, so play as early in the day as possible. Dayton Valley is a fantastic course with a terrific staff.
