These military courses were built on flat terrain and are considered easy to walk. The Gold Course was renovated during the summer of 1996 with new green resurfacing, fairway grass, bunkers and five new ponds. There are only a few trees that can alter your shots. Ed Ault redesigned several holes on the Gold Course in 1979. The Scarlet Course has narrow fairways an well-bunkered greens.

| Paradise Point is an enjoyable, challenging course but does get crowded. |

| Price, accessability, and just a fun course to play and team up with some exceptional characters. I am not a very good golfer but have played on municipal courses throughout the lower 48 and Paradise Point is an exceptional course which has offered me a chance to improve my game by just teaming up with old salts. The openess of the course has further allowed me to not lose so many golf balls. I only wish the bar cart would get around the course more often than not. |
