This course features tree-lined fairways and greens that are extremely fast and undulating. Some of the greens are elevated, and water hazards (six lakes) come into play on nine holes. The signature hole is #18, a 426-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a dogleg right fairway that must carry at least 200 yards to clear the water hazard, then a long approach shot to a well-bunkered green.

| The golf course was in excellent shape except it was a little hard and fast. The fairway hazards were well marked and the course played fair for all. The greens ran about 10.5 to 11 on the meter but most pens were accessable. The GSGA did a great job of running the tournament and the Management and Members at Sunset Hills we top notch. Hope GSGA can have other tournaments at this location. |

| This course has really gone done hill in my opinion. Recent changes in management have taken away from the exceptional service and atmosphere. New club house has provided a very stuffy feeling, not comfortable at all - Would not recommend. |

| Golf course has been an above average course for over 5 years. The greens are second to none. Now with the new clubhouse, the overall club is the finest small town club in the state. May even be nicer than those in Macon, Columbus, and Augusta. Super nice. |

| Sunset Hills is the best layout around. Consistently one of the best maintained courses statewide. Once new clubhouse opens in August 2004, Sunset will move to 5 stars. |
