Evergreen golf course hudson NY, Mar 19, 2011 |

| This golf course needs lots of love. The layout is great but someone needs to put some money into this place. I play this course 4 times a year seeing how its the only thing open in March. if u just want to hit the ball and be out then go for it, if your looking for something thats nice after the other courses open then save your money. |

| Absolutely, positively the worst golf course I've ever played. Not to mention the service was horrible, which always reflects what type of owner this place has.Take my advice, and spend your money elsewhere. |

Don't WASTE your money!!!!, Mar 24, 2009 |

| This course has the potential to be the worst golf course in the capital district. It is quite obvious that spending money for upkeep is nonexistant. Last year one of the greens was damaged through vandalism. This green was not repaired through the last 2 months of the season. "Signature Hole", par 3 island green covered with goose droppings. Tees are all chewed up and greens need lots of work. The "public course" is even worse. |

Good Layout, Nov 19, 2004 |

| This course is a good layout. Possibly a little long for the senior golfer or some of the shorter hitters. Two finishing par 4's are 410 yards and 434 yards from the middle tees and all par 5's are well over 500 yards. Enjoyable and friendly. Could use some TLC from ground crew. However, all in all, a good tract and a good value. |

Do Not Play the Public, May 30, 2004 |

| The private course at Evergreen is a good challenging course, if you do not hit it straight however, you'll lose many balls. But the public course is horrible, do not waste your money. No hills, the grounds are in the poorest of conditions, and the holes are all the same: straight to the pin. Overall, both course could use a new grounds crew, but spend the extra $8 on private; I would stay home before I played the public again. |

A course unto yourself., Jan 31, 2004 |

| I have become a big fan of Evergreen's private course. From beginning to end, you feel like your the only person on the course. This course offers secluded fairways and some very challenging holes. While the 14th is the signature hole, the 7th offers a close second. With the big tree in the middle of the fairway before the bend. Making it a difficult hole to play. The course could stand a little over all care, it's still a blast to play. |
