Great Little Course, Apr 25, 2007

This course is a hidden gem! The conditions are almost ALWAYS exceptional, the greens are meticulously maintained and extremely fast. the best part is that I can get out most of the time with no significant wait, and the play has always moved FAST. And the greens fees are cheap!!! Seriously, BY FAR the best value for your dollar around.

Cliff's Notes, May 31, 2005

This is an interesting course. Shots have to be well struck or they will end up in all kinds of trouble. I have played a variety of courses with my friend Ken in Myrtle Beach, and Cato holds up very well when compared to them. It is long, undulating, and deceptive. A challenge to golfers of even advanced skill levels, it's too bad Cato is only 9 holes.
