Even though this scenic course has tree-lined fairways, they still offer generous landing areas. The medium-sized greens are slightly sloped and putt true.

This course is usually easy to get onto. Not a real long course, fairways are generally wide and forgiving, yet there are nuances that make it a challenge for the average golfer. Many greens are undulating; you don't always get an easy, flat role. Greens this day tended to be hard and fast. The last few holes even have cross-sloping fairways, so you have to account for where you're aiming, or how you play into the slope to hold the fairway. Fairways and greens are in good shape, but even on this clear, dry day, there are spots of standing water or wetness in the rough. With decent course management, you can shoot well here. As for scenic or aethestic pleasure, this is not the most glamorous course you'll ever play - it's fairly plain surroundings. Price is right on at $11 for 9 holes on weekends.
