This links-style course features a lot of tall rough bordering its fairways. In addition, many rocks and mounds also come into play on the tree-lined fairways. There is one water channel on the course, but it does not come into play. The greens are large and somewhat sloped. There are additional tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.

Beautiful anytime of the day, Mar 22, 2006

I tried to put my personal bias aside for this review. Cedarville is a yearly vacation spot for my family and friends and this golf course is the subject of many of my daydreams throughout the Michigan winter. The course has a simple elegance about it. It appears straightforward and rather easy at times, but most assuredly can be a challenge if taken lightly. A beautiful course and surely an enjoyable round for golfers of all skill levels!

Kis-N-Greens Golf Course
"Update"
The course has been expanded to 18 holes, par 72. The fairways are improved over the condition that they were in a year ago. Some greens have been expanded, with more to follow. 400 trees have been added to the course as of 2003. The trees are small but will help distinguish fairways from rough. Water comes into play on 6 holes. No sand, and the tee boxes need work (leveling) maybe some irragation on the fairways (more ponds needed). Overall, satisfied with course, wind makes it more difficult than it looks, and greens are deceiving.

"Great place to go have fun!"
This course is a fun and challenging course. I gave it 4 stars because no course is perfect. The only problem with this course is there is a lot of trees which means there are usually a lot of leaves on the ground, especially in the fall. You also have to think about the trees themselfs, because no matter what everybody tells you, trees are NOT 90% air.

Whitney Farms Golf Club
"Tight and Challenging"
This course is a above average golfers dream. Length and contour is a premium. Tree lined fairways, you'd think you're in the Lincoln Tunnel.You need to play smart to score well. The below average golf will have ample oppurtunities to score well on the par 5's and the par 3's. The par 4's ,lets leave those for the big boys. In all, it is good for everyone, at a reasonable price, on a country club setting on a New England landscape.

Desert Aire Golf Course
"good course for beginners"
Desert Aire is a good course for beginners to play because it is flat and doesn't offer too much in the way of hazzards to get in the way of an enjoyable round. They also have good deals for junior players.
