Nice people, Apr 07, 2004

I played TLGC for the first time after having great difficulty finding it[no signs on any highway and the closest gas station thought it was nearby but didn't know where]. The nine-hole course is nestled in a lovely community. The greens are well maintained and very fast with undulating surfaces and surrounding traps are strategically placed and well prepared. Fairways are rather rough and close together on #'s 1,2&3. You need to play close attention to other golfers because tee areas are unprotected and throughout the day folks were hitting in to tee areas. Play was casual and slow with lots of singles, doubles and triples. Few foursomes and no ranger. I was glad I played it but probably will not go back.

Great cheap nine hole course, Mar 15, 2004

$10 for nine thoughtfully designed holes. Not crowded, casual play. Nice folks run the place. Two water holes - 6 (par 3) and 9 (par 4).
