Chaska Town Course
3000 Town Course DrChaska, MN 55318
Phone: (612)443-3748Fax: (612)443-7132
This course features natural grasslands and marshes. The front nine wanders through a prairie setting and the back nine weaves across lowlands. The finishing hole is considered one of the toughest around. It's a 547-yard, par 5, which plays around a marsh with fairway bunkers creating a narrow landing area. Club selection and shot control are the key to scoring well on this hole. "Golf Digest" selected this course 4th on its list of "Best New Affordable Public Courses" for 1998. Resident rates are also available.

Great golf course and fun to play. I can not believe it is a City owned facility. Other than Giants Ridge and the Wilderness the best course you can play in the region

This course has really matured into a classic beauty! Club selection and shot placement are premium. Natural prairie grasses and flowers compliment the many marshes and ponds - with a few giant oaks thrown in for balance. Fairways are lush and greens are fast and true. Play it a couple times and you'll fall in love. Note: Chaska Residents play for dirt cheap, but at $50 for non-residents, it's still the best golf value in the area.

I've only played it twice but am looking forward to going back! Very challenging and scenic. The greens and fairways were well manicured. The restaurant attached to the clubhouse is also very nice as you can sit outside and watch golfers end their round on the eighteenth green. The rolling hills and beautiful flowers are a treat. You will definitely want a cart your first time out!
