This very scenic, picturesque course sits at the base of Signal Mountain and lies in the heart of a valley. The course is centered between the beautiful Tennessee River and the City of Chattanooga. This course is very enjoyable and fun to play, and is excellent for seniors and juniors alike. The greens are large and mostly flat, therefore quite generous, while the fairways are fairly tight and have average-sized landing areas, which make them somewhat forgiving. There are two creeks and three ponds that come into play on five holes on the course.

| It was well-maintained until the day owners closed it to open land to development. This was a true loss, because plans existed to restore it to an 18-hole course. One of the prettiest layouts in the county with some truly tough holes. It deserved a better fate. |
