Group Tournament, May 11, 2005

Recently I had the honor of playing Canyon Oaks Country Club with a SIR's group. Even though we were not members, we were treated as such. From the golf shop to the restaurant, I could find no fault with the course, the employees or the facilities. Even though I scored high, I had a great time. The aesthetics are equaled only by the finest courses. The course challenges every bit of your skill. Absolutely 5 stars.

Want a challenge? Play Canyon Oaks if you can get on, Apr 09, 2004
reviewer: Mike from Seattle, WA USA
The course is narrow and it can be long depending on which tee box you select to play from. Do not stray your shots as it is not as forgiving and that makes it so exciting to play as it challenges all skill types. If you are playing it for the first time I suggest playing the white or blue tees. The best time of year that I can remember playing is in September/October as the greens run fast that time of year. If I had to guess, I would say they are an 11 on the stimp meter. My father is a member and I play when I visit. What a great time we have and so will you.

Canyon Oaks, Mar 20, 2004

Not an easy course by any means. Difficult course until you learn how to play it. Pretty open fairways, but water coming into play on most holes. Most fairways are sloped either right or left. Greens are fairly small, and usually soft so they hold easy.
