| Lake Shore is by far the best conditined course in Syracuse. Nick Serafino is the best Pro in the area, is a great player and teacher. His staff is very well trained from Assistants to outside operations. Although I am not a member I love getting invited to play. After golf you get the chance to enjoy great views of Oneida Lake and enjoy great food in the clubhouse. |

private gem, Dec 08, 2004

| I've played every private course in Syracuse and by far LSYCC is my favorite. While the yardage may seem short the club plays very long. Water and Sand keeps the course challanging. Lake Shore is the type of course that you walk up to thinking you will score well and you leave wondering how the course beat you. Very challanging but fair.

True and challenging, Dec 08, 2004

| I have played every private course in Syracuse and I probably would say that I truly had the best time at Lake Shore. The Pro, Nick Serafino and his staff are second to none and the food will blow you away. The course is well manicured and is way above average when it comes to difficulty. The blue tee's offers three par threes over 190 yds and can make scoring difficult. The tree lined fairways along with several strategically placed sand bunkers can make the day a long one. The green are smooth and are very true and can be very fast when set up. Over all this course is the place to be in Syracuse. |
