The same publication named it the 7th "Best in State" course for 1995-96, and 6th best for 1997-98. In addition, "GOLF Magazine" ranked the course 25th among the "Top 100 Courses in the U.S." for 1995 and 1999, and 30th for 1997. In the category of "America's 100 Best Classical Courses" it was ranked 30th by "GOLFWEEK" in 1997, 23rd in 1998 and 26th in 1999 The ladies' par is actually 76. Guests are not allowed to play this course without the presence of a club member.

course is in excellent shape and has very tought greens. course has few hazards but still plays tough. blind shots and bunkers abound. but an AWESOME course.
