This course features fast, undulating greens and several elevated holes. The fairways are narrow, however, generous landing areas are a saving grace. "Golf Digest" selected it as the "Best New Affordable" course for 1999. Target golf best describes the strategy on the course, which is dictated by the ever-present reminder of trees lining all of the holes. Prudent shot placement is a must. Five sets of tees offer challenging play for everyone from the every day player to PGA pros. More than 100 varieties of vegetation are featured on the lush course, highlighted by statuesque, mature oaks. Although the course is relatively new, it gives the impression of being a well-established, mature course. A deep green color tops the fairways, allowing for quick divot recovery and enhanced ball elevation. Water accentuates the signature hole, #11, a 392-yard, par 4, which also features an elevated green protected by three large bunkers in front. On the second shot, no green surface is visible, however, the pin is easily spotted. A trio of bunkers in the foreground create a deceiving depth illusion, appearing to be touching the green's surface, when in reality, they are 30 yards in front. Trusting the yardage on this hole is essential.

This is a beautiful and challening course. The azaleas were in bloom, and the sand traps were waiting for me. The greens were fine but the fairways were a bit sparse. All in all this is a fun course and if you haven't played it you should.

fun and interesting course, most courses have nice people working for them, but here they are a cut above the rest. The course still needs work, the fairways are ok but the greens have bald areas and are a little rough, but it is a place that i will go back to.

This is a fantastic course! As a senior golfer, playing other easier courses, This course is a welcome and delightful challenge. Played it often when I lived in Pine Ridge, and I will play it again every time I go back, which will be soon and often. A bargain, and a local treasure! If I were a better golfer, I would rate it 5 stars.

Have played course a number of times. I always enjoy the course, personel and scenic beauty. A group from my church in Indiana make it a point to play 36 holes every year on their annual golf trip to Florida.

If you're not a single digit player, you'll go through a lot of ammo here....very narrow, lots of sand, and dense woods on most holes....It's a challenge to play to one's handicap here...a very difficult course....nicely kept...fast greens..and reasonably priced

I played this course earlier in the Spring and came away very pleased. Thankfully this course is not too far from home so I can go back to play this again.

I have never seen such a course in Florida! Great golf course. The price was very reasonable and Golf Digest had it right as "The Best New Affordable golf course in America". Cant wait to play it again.
