This course's back nine fairways are narrower than its front nine fairways. In addition, water hazards (ponds) come into play on three holes. This is not a long course, but it is very enjoyable to play.

One of My Top Five golf courses, Apr 11, 2008

Love Quail Ridge. Will golf it in a couple of weeks. Plays wide open. Hilly course and I recommend a power cart. The course has come a long way. Used to play it when I was 19 years old.

this course is in nice shape. It is short and borders on an executive course. The greens are different from the front nine to the back nine. Don't know if it is diferent grass but they roll diiferent. Nice views of the valley, some of the holes the house our close to the course which can be scary for wild hitters.

Great Course, Aug 27, 2004
reviewer: LC Golfer from Lewiston, ID
Quail is a must play for any golfer in the LC valley. It has very narrow fiarways, and some holes drop stright off into canyons two yards off the fairway. Hitting over several canyons on the course add's to the delight. Come and see this amazing course.

Very Improved Course, Mar 17, 2004
reviewer: Larry from Couer D'Alene, Idaho
Was born and raised in the L-C Valley and played Quail Ridge when it was called Swallows Nest..Returned to the valley last summer and could not believe the new course..It is most deffinitely a hidden gem in the Northwest..Fairways are excellent and Greens are fantastic. They dumped some serious Cash into the new clubhouse and the staff is first rate...If you are in the Lewiston-Clarkston area, this track is a must play. The best news is because it is in the L-C valley, you can play nearly 12 months a year.

Quail Ridge is a great value - a very good course for not a lot of money, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Big views of the LC Valley, great condition.

Quail ridge is the best course in the LC valley. The only way to play a better course is to drive to Spokane.
