This course has narrow fairways and greens. The small greens are fairly flat, but very quick. There are three lakes and several sand bunkers that come into play. This is a fun course for all levels of golfers to enjoy. The signature hole is #3, a 119-yard, par 3, which runs along the Red River. It is a very short but difficult hole. The fairway is lined with sand bunkers on the left and the Red River runs parallel on the right. Construction is currently underway on an additional nine holes.

Short simple course. Very wide open with not much foliage coming into play. A small pond on hole 3 is the only real hazard that comes into play rather than some flat bunkers around the green. A good course for beginners or someone who would like to work on his/her game for a short bit. But nothing worthy of the serious golfer.
