This course's last four finishing holes are very difficult. One of them features a double dogleg fairway to the left and requires an approach shot over the water that guards the front of its green. Water hazards come into play on eight holes.

| Linrick is a great golfing experience. The backnine has some holes unfair to new comers. Holes 14, 16, 17 require detailed course knowledge. Overall Linrick is a good course which offer suprises to the experienced and unexperienced golfer alike. Greens are consistant but very slow. The greens do hold well and are large so be on the green in regulation is easy from all tees. Approach shot on numbers 9 and 14 are much longer than they appear. Requires exellent course management for scores under 85. |

Nice Public Course, Oct 13, 2004 |

| A par 73 course that can be very difficult from the back tees. Better be fairly long and straight from the backs. Condition is pretty good, greens are never perfect but seldom really poor. Club house is below average. A few holes require playing this course a time or two so as to know how you should play the holes. For the price, worth playing. |

| I've been golfing at LinRick for about 5 years now, and I honestly believe it is the most fun course to play in the Midlands of SC. It has a variety of very unique hole layouts so you never get bored. Also, the 16th is a bear! If you can birdie this double-dog-legging hole with a steep-sloping pennisula type green surrounded by railroad ties, you definately have something to be proud of! The course is always in great shape too! |
