"Good starter course"
I began playing Royal Vista in High School because that is where my high school team practiced. It's a good course to get started on, but if you're looking for a more elegant golf course where only exclusive golfers are, this may not be the one for you.

Twin Lakes Golf Club
"Hidden Golf Jewel In the Ozarks"
The Twin Lakes Golf Course is an 18 hole par 70 course with tree lined fairways and bentgrass greens. This is a semi-private course opeerated by its over 350 members. The course is open to the public on a daily fee basis. Visitors to the Twin Lakes area find this challenging course a delight. The information provided about this site on golfable.com is dated. The course has experienced significant upgrades in the last few years and provides a challenge for those used to wide open courses. Candler Park Golf Course
"Good for its purpose"
Don't expect great things.. but if you just want to get in a quick 9 holes of knocking the ball around, this is cheap, convenient and fun. My girlfriend and I played on Sunday for $20 total.

Stonehouse Golf Club
"Stonehouse, a "keeper""
I played Stonehouse in September of '03 and thoroughly enjoyed the round. While looking intimidating from some of the tees, there is sufficient landing room for your tee shot. It's a very hilly (not for walkers) and picturesque course, demanding accuracy on the par 3's and requiring an accurate carry over a ravine on a number of the holes (not for the faint of heart). Am looking forward to playing it again!
