This course was built on 500 acres of land located in the middle of a swamp. There are four miles of bridges that must be crossed. Many holes have severe changes in elevation, dropping as much as thirty-five to forty feet at times. There are wetlands coming into play on almost every hole.

great course for the start of a myrtle beach vacation.it's a good warm up course to the beginning of your week.not difficult at all.you just want to tee off after 830 am because of the fog conditions.

I thought the witch was one the best courses i have ever played.Just the awesome beauty of the course had a calming affect on me which tran slated into better golf, athough very challenging. Loved it

The Witch Golf Course near Myrtle Beach is a challenging and scenic course. Unlike other courses nearby that were built in clear cut areas, the Witch is in part forest and part swamp. One hole in particular is memorable, you drive onto an island fairway, then you use a medium iron to an island green, with swamp in all directions. Wild game is seen throughout the course area. If I lived in the Myrtle Beach area, I would obtain a membership at the Witch.

"Best Public Course in the Southwest"
This golf course is quite different from any state course, or other public course I have ever played. The staff treats you like royalty right when you arrive. The cart attendants load and unload your clubs at the door. The club pros are very courteous. The course is located on the shores of Lake Texhoma, the biggest lake in Texas or Oklahoma. The layout is amazing, with the lake bordering 15 holes. It is very challenging, and very fun. This plot is some of the most beautiful, rolling terrain in all of Oklahoma. The greens are fast, with deceptive undulation, but they are still forgiving enough for the average hacker to enjoy the play along with the scenery. This was a GREAT day of golf. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys challenging golf or just a nice day in a beautiful country atmosphere.

Concord Country Club
"Concord - A unknown gem"
I have played many of the areas finest private and public golf courses and Concord ranks well for the design, beauty and difficulty of the course. The staff and members are personable and with the recent renovations the facilities are much improved. A great course to play or club to join!!!!!
