I live down the road from this course. Thanks to a $10 drop in greens fees, it's a little more reasonable. It's not a difficult course by any means, and actually is a pretty good course to get warmed up on if you're just learning or if you've gotten out of your groove and need to get it back. Lots of forgiveness on most fairways, making it fairly tough to lose a ball. Right now, the greens are slow and a little too sandy, but fairways are solid and the price is right.

Check it out, it is a wonderful little course, with many hazards for the avg. hacker. Which there are an enourmous amount of these hackers wondering from the fairways to the bunkers

"for this area its a great yonug course"
if you have ever golfed in this area you relize that there are 2 types of courses. private corses which are nice but... private and then courses that are a bit run down. well cross creek is the exception it may be young(few trees still coming up) but its lots of fun and well maintained with a good staff and a great time for new or more seasend golfers alike

This course is extremely over rated. It's like most private courses these days "broke". They don't have enough money to make the course live up to the name it once carried. It's the Wal-Mart of golf courses (had a good name at one time, but now you don't get what you paid for).
