IM in Highschool now and this is my home course. Its an excellent course to play it has 3 par 4's 3 par 3's and 3 par 5's. Some holes are tough for example the Dogleg 6th. Great course for beginners in all of miami.

Oasis in the Jungle, Sep 15, 2005

A pleasant easy 9 hole course set right in the heart of the Gables. The fairways are wide and greens are for the most part generous and hittable in regulation. My wife is a novice to intermendiate player, and when we take our clubs to Miami this is a must play for us. A nice couples course. No one will be pushing you to play fast. Also catch a hamburger at the club house at Burger Bob's. In a town where the food is so cuban and so great, it is still nice to get the best burger in town and a coke after your round. Plenty of local color at Bob's, most older and most old money Miami. Fun people watching over lunch. Eleven year until I retire to South Miami, so many more visit to the Granada while I visit family in the Miami area.

FORGIVING, BUT CHALLENGING, Aug 04, 2004
reviewer: Big Bad Bob from Miami, Fl
Good course for beginners, wide fairways, no water, some sand. There are a couple of surprisingly difficult holes, especially the par 5 Sixth that has some beautiful trees that have a gravitational pull for the ball. Beautiful surroundings, and nice people.
