This beautiful course is semi hilly and appears easier than it actually is. The fairways are fairly wide and flat, while the postage stamp greens average 600-square feet in size, therefore making shot accuracy a vital part of your game, especially if you plan on driving the hole. Water hazards come into play on two holes. The signature hole is #9, a drivable 265-yard, par 4, which is protected by a sand bunker and creek in front of the green.

| # 1 requires you to keep the ball in the fairway with an pretty flat green reachable in 3.(2 SMALL sand traps IN FRONT) 2 putt for par # 2, get to the knoll in one, kick up to green and roll on in two, read putt well.(chance for birdy) # 3, go for the green and putt well bunker on left.(lots of birdies) #4 DOGLEG RIGHT,Don't go "OB" off tee box, drive past pinetree if you can or layup in fairway. If you make it past pine you can get on green in 2 and probably 2 putt for par.(large slanted green) #5 Drive as far as you can, usually on the green in 3 and 2 putt.(slight slanted green) #6 Drive to old graveyard sink hole in fairway then on the green in 3 after crossing creek... then trouble starts...many 3 and 4 putt on this slanted green !(matchs are won & lost here frequently) #7 SLIGHT DOGLEG LEFT,drive straight down fairway on the green in 2, probably 2 putt for par.(bunkers on both sides of green) #8, drive to front of green may roll up on green 2 putt for birdy come in on right side if you can. #9 Hit drive to left of green to stay out of water and creek. Second shot can go over sand bunker to green. You can putt for birdy.(slight slant) Not many can drive this green but possible. Sometimes best to layup and take second shot to green. Greenskeeper, David Harper makes you go for the cup on every hole but gives you great greens to read. Excellent work here by Mr. Harper. The course has nice wide fairways even roughs, lined with beautiful landscaping and tall pines along with hardwoods on the back side. There are babbling brooks and fresh spring ponds at several locations on the course with water and ball cleaning stations throughout. The Pro-Shop is adequately supplied and very corgial. Ms. Margaret Jones, (manager) offers Beverages, Hotdogs, snacks. Club cart rentals moderately priced.
