This course was built fifty miles away from Chicago in the flatlands of Indiana. With wide fairways and fast greens, this course offers a challenge to all golfers. Carts are mandatory on this course. The 5,900-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 73.9 and a slope of 128. The course opens at 11 AM on Mondays.

Better than others around, Jan 27, 2004

I have golfed at White Hawk for the past three summers and have found it to be a challenging three courses. With black being the hardest it is to the difficult level of a 5-10 handicap player. On average I should in the high 70's and find some days more challenging then others depending on pin placement. But if you are a golf with great accuracy then this course will be almost no match for you. For if you are able to stay in the farways even par is something insight. The course itself is taken care of very nicely and almost all of the employees are friendly. Overall it is my favorite course in the area.
