This course plays right alongside the Gulf of Mexico. The terrain is basically flat and easy to walk, and the fairways are narrow. Water hazards come into play on five holes, and the wind can be a major factor. Most greens are protected with sand bunkers. The eighteen hole green fees indicated are good for all-day play. The 5,619-yard ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 66.4 and a slope of 114.

Pines Municipal Golf Course, The
"Tough for it's size"
I'm origianally from Toccoa and have played this golf course many many times. While only a 9 hole course, it is worth the money to play it. It is far less expensive than most golf corses and offers real challenges for even experienced golfers. The terrain is extremely hilly and almost every hole has an extreme change in elavation. The green's are extremely small and very very fast. During the summer the fairways and greens are fairly well manicured although winter play tends to be a little harder on some holes due to a harder fairways from less moisture. Fairways are extemely tight with hundreds of opportunities to lose balls in pine forests and a courseside lake on the last two holes. Overall, not an allstar course but for a quick, challenging, and inexpensive round well worth the time.

I am a member at Sadaquada. The club itself is great, good location, good family scene. The course is 9 holes, and is a fairly simple course. However, they do keep the course in great shape and are constantly working to improve it.

Ballwin Golf Course
"Ballwin shouldn't be ignored!"
I play this course regularly on a ladies league. It is consistently in great shape, with very challenging greens. The greens are typically in fantastic shape--better than The Bluffs by far! The pro, Dave is knowledgable and great for lessons for both beginners and those wanting to improve. I believe the only 'problem' is for the men following the ladies on their league days--we're trying to pick up our speed. You'll enjoy the challenges of the water(there is a creek/water on 7 of the 9 holes) and sand traps.
