| Cottonwood is now under new ownership and the new owners have done a very credible job getting the course back in shape. Friendly staff, nice carts and beautiful course. |

| Extremely poor fairway conditions on all but the holes nearest the clubhouse - worst course we have ever played. Easy on as no one else was playing the course. |
