This is a difficult short course with many tree-lined fairways that have a defined cut of rough. There are numerous sand bunkers, and water hazards come into play on several holes. The terrain is gently rolling, and shot accuracy is a must in order to score well. Reciprocal players should have their own head pro contact this course's head pro in order to set up a tee time.

shocked by their coldness and inflexibility, Aug 28, 2008

|I am very disappointed with the Deal Country Club. I had received a $150 gift certificate as a present but got stationed overseas for a 2 year assignment before I had the opportunity to use it and the certificate had technically expired by the time I returned to the states. Upon my return I explained my situation and asked if there was any way they would be willing to work with me to honor it. I received a very cold answer of “No”. I asked if they could even give me partial credit and again I got a very cold, one-word answer of “No”. After a short period of stunned silence the person on the line asked me “Is there anything else I can help you with?” I was quite shocked and personally offended at the coldness and inflexibility of the people at Deal. It will be a cold day in Hades before ever give the Deal Country club a single penny of my money. I’m not telling you not to patronize Deal CC but I thought you should know the caliber of people that you are giving your money to.|

|This difficult but fair course offers the discipline golfer with a solid score. The green are challenging and fast. Only downfall not a very long course, but is a great treat for all that attend.|
