This course has a river coming into play on nearly every hole. The Iowa State Ladies' Invitational is held here annually. Don Herfort designed the back nine, which was added in the 1970's. This course is closed to the public every Tuesday and Wednesday. All-day fees are available through the pro shop.

What a plesant experience....impecably maintained, challenging greens, a nice test for anyone's game. A golf course with a great view and no waiting...friendly and plesant staff that made us welcome. If your camping in the area, looking for a break fromTrout fishing or just looking for a great place to take your foursome, do yourself a favor and play Oneota.

Course was in pretty good shape. There are several challenging holes. Green fees are very high, and friendly service would help. Would play again, but not at their weekend rate

"Totally worth it!"
For the price they ask, it's totally worth it! It's a great course! There may not be that many trees, but I noticed a few projects that looked like they were working on it, and there is still plenty of beauty surrounding it. Water hazards made it challenging, but all the more fun. Very well kept! The maintenance crew must work hard!
