Golf is a game... a game played on fairways, rough and greens. If you want to play the game it was meant to be played go to a high tier public course. Dedham CP is the epithomy of high class snobs (who are also terrible at golf). Although a private course, I have played there as a guest and its not what people think it is, it's more the pride of telling people you are a member that counts. The course is short too.. nice lay out but easy if you are a low handicaper. Stay away

It is the best. It has nice greens and lots of water and they seem to keep it in good condition. If you ever do get a chance take it and you will be happy.

This is by far one of the greatest jems out there today. Challenges around every turn. Unfortunately it's private and very difficult to get on. If you are lucky enough to have an outing here be sure to attend. You won't be disapointed.

Oak Park Country Club
"Oak Park Country Club"
This is a very nice course to play on. Not the most difficult course you will ever see, but it does have its moments. There is plenty of water and bunkers to keep any golfer busy. Also, the last four holes make the course very challegning. Holes 15 and 16 are the two of the longest par fives on the course. They are followed by the longest par 3 and the you finish of the round with the longest par 4 of the course. The scenery is definetly great, as is the atomosphere. Also, there is a state-of-the-art range and chipping green that could compete with any other clubs.

Applewood Hills is beautifully groomed and maintained. It offers exceptional variety in play for an executive course and the greens will challenge any golfer. The club house is very nice and the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The course is laid out well using the natural topography. fairways were a little hard but good for roll. The greens were a bit inconsistent and showed wear. I liked the houses around the course it feels a bit like golfing in my backyard.
