I hadn't played this course in about 5 years. I can't believe how nice it has become. The greens & fairways were better than the major country club in the area I played the day before. Great Course!

Flat golf course with a fair ammount of water. Par 5 on the front is a good hole, but most are so straight runways that you could land an airplane on. Good course to shoot for a score on.

I was very impressed by this course. It was certainly better than the other public courses in the area and better than some of the country clubs! The greens were fast, the service was great and it has a great practice facility. I will definitely play this course again when I'm in the area!!

"Worth the trip"
This course is easily the best course I have played. It's on a par with Blackwolf Run and the other Kohler courses at a fraction of the price. This course has a spectacular setting. It winds up and around Iron Mountain, and is a marvel of course design. Despite the elevation changes, only one hole plays uphill. The holes are cut out of the mountain side and winding cart paths take you to the next level, and hole, until you reach numbers 9 and 17, both of which play straight downhill (as does 18, a 600 yard par five with 3 terraced fairways). The grooming is immaculate and each hole is separated from the others by woods or water. Even on a busy day it feels like you're the only golfers on the course. The staff is friendly and efficient and the course is nicely rangered. As you play the course, you will marvel both at the quality of the experience and the incredible engineering required during construction. Rates have been in the $50-60 range for the past several years and its the best golf bargain you can find. This is a course you could play every day and it would remain interesting. The fairways and greens compare with any PGA site. This is one not to miss.
