This well-maintained course is fairly open, but there are many trees that can alter your shots. The greens are large, and the fairways are narrow. Water hazards come into play on three holes. There are additional tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round. The ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 64.2 and a slope of 110.

| the course was very playable & user friendly. The only issue i have with thic facility was with the spanish woman in the pro shop. there was no smile ,no hello & amazingly no thank you except for directions to the 1st tee. |

| This is one of the best nine hole, double tee courses in the state of NH for the money. It has large greens, well maintained fairways, and short rough. It is a player friendly course. Recommended to all. |

| Wish I could help everyone out here and give a review but everytime i go to play they either have to postpone my tee time or make me wait because of a frost delay or they booked a tournament and i suffer for it...So when i get out for 9 or 3 or whatevery they let me i will let everyone know!! |
