This eighteen hole course has received rave reviews on its mature condition, some have even considered it is a newly-built course. The course is a links-style design with a layout that has incorporated large rock formations into its design. The tricky greens vary in size from postage-stamp sized to abundantly ample. There is a perennial trade wind that makes the course play longer than measured. The signature hole is #12, a 520-yard, par 5, which plays longer because of the wind. Off the tee, golfers must be aware of boulders on the right, and the blind second shot is to a green that drops approximately twenty to thirty feet.

Scenic and challenging, Feb 03, 2004 |

| This is a beautiful and well designed course. The course can prove to be challenging for both the beginner and scratch golfer alike. The high grass that seperates some of the holes can be frustrating, so you would be well advised to keep to the left on such holes. During the fall the greens are usually riddled with leaves and twigs so spring and summer would be your best bet. The developer did an excellent job incorporating the natural surroundings into the course. With a tee off the top of a ridge on hole one, to the natural rocks that appear throughout the course, Greystone Golf Club in Dickson is sure to give you the feeling of connecting with nature as you connect with your ball. |
