The signature hole is #4, a 465-yard, par 4, requiring golfers to hit two well-struck shots in order to reach the green in regulation. A water hazard (pond) comes into play on several holes. Larry Flatt redesigned the course in 1990. Green fees are good for an all-day play, but there are discounted twilight rates offered through the pro shop during the late afternoons. The course does accept all credit cards acceptAmerican Express for green fees, but it does accept MasterCard or Visa for cart rentals. A new clubhouse opened in 1997.

This course is well managed and beautifully kept. I live in the area and it is a great place to go and enjoy a beautiful day of golf. The greens fees are reasonably priced but be prepared for the western Kansas wind. The club house is beautiful and overlooks the course. Be sure to stop by for a cold one after your round.
