This course is in great condition. Water hazards (ponds and creeks) come into play on three holes. The signature hole is #11, a 445-yard, par 4, featuring a dogleg left fairway.

Shotmaking required, Feb 27, 2009 |

| Sidehill lies on many fairways make for difficult approach shots (typical New England). Greens are some of the best in the state of NH. Conservative play will yield a good score but plenty risk/reward opportunities. A definite must play when visiting the Seacoast area. Guest fees were $65 when I played in 2008. |

too good to be in Dover, Mar 14, 2006 |

| One of the oldest and most picturesque courses in southern NH. The front side is a typical old new england course. Small greens and elevation changes add interest to an otherwise easy layout. The newer back nine puts the premium on longer shot making, while taking the driver out of the smart players hands on three of the longer holes, putting a premium on accuracy more than distance. If you get a chance, play this course. |
