This scenic course provides many beautiful views of the mountains. The greens are undulating and moderately fast. The fairways are narrow and tree lined. There are water hazards that come into play on five holes.

| This is a great course to learn to play. Its almost never crowded during the week and offers a variety of shots. After a lot of rainfall the course can be nasty. A week after a HEAVY rainstorm one fairway drive slapped into the grass and buried the ball 3/4's of the way into the ground! |

| This course is currently the best I've ever seen it, the fairways are very green yet no more mud. The greens have no brown spots or debris, and 90% of them look & play like some of the private courses here in NH. Their irregation system is working for sure. Still only 9 holes and still hilly, but if golf were easy, where would the challenge be. My favorite spot is @ the end of the course on the balcony with a gin and tonic, twist of lime and one of the most scenic vistas in southern NH. |

| This course is very challenging, this is an enjoyable course. Other reviewers have complained about cement, but that must have been years ago. The fairways are very well taken care of. The pro Steve Chandler is an excellent teacher, very helpful. Please add a driving range. |

Where is the grass?, Jun 05, 2004 |

| This nine hole course is over-priced, in need of some loving care. There is bare ground all over the place. If you like hitting off of cement, you will love the place. The hills ( mountains ) will kill you. There are numerous hazards in the wrong place. In my opinion this could be a great course but wait till it is properly taken care of and somewhat redesigned. It is a real "hackers heaven". |

Great public course for those on a budget, Apr 18, 2004 |

| This is a great public course. It is close to manchester. Very inexpensive, has some unique features like the "Periscope hole". It also has a 500 yard par 5 on the nineth hole. So it is fairly chalenging at times, and easier at others. I feel this is a wonderful starter, and or maintence course for you to play or practice. And you cant beat the price. |

Poor 9 holer, Apr 18, 2004 |
| reviewer: murph

| Poorly designed layout several "stupid pointless holes" #1 is a 305 yd uphill do nothing par 4 with a huge fairway. #6 you hit your tee shot into a ravine filled with mud and hit uphill to a small green... The pace of play is slow the fairways are allways bare (due to poor irrigation) but on a good note, they usually have good greens |
